Public pages should describe Ziddny World as MechaPal's personalized children's storytelling product and distinguish it from the separate Ziddny conversational avatar platform at ziddny.com.
Claims should describe current product behavior. Capabilities that are not yet available should be clearly labeled as upcoming.
Pricing and feature accuracy
The Pricing page is the source for current public Story Pass packs and usage descriptions. Product pages should be updated when pricing, supported languages, or core story features change.
We avoid claims of certification, professional advice, or guaranteed outcomes unless they can be substantiated.
Corrections and feedback
Factual errors can be reported through the contact form on the homepage. Corrections should update the affected page and its search metadata together so families and search systems receive the same information.
